5月4日、寺山修司の没後30周年目の命日を迎える。30年前といえば、随分と昔のように感じるが、常に人が追い付けないほど先を進んでいたテラヤマ・ワールドを考えれば、ようやく時代が追いついてきたところかもしれない。 没後30年を迎えた今春は、天井桟敷の最終公演として上演された戯曲「レミング」（4月21日〜5月16日）が八嶋智人さんや片桐仁さんら個性派俳優陣を迎えてパルコ劇場で公演されるほか、「寺山修司と天井棧敷◎全ポスター展」（〜5月19日、ポスターハリスギャラリー）など、渋谷を中心に様々な企画や催しが目白押しだ。さらに目にした人も多いと思うが、現在、山手線・渋谷駅構内に掲出されているタワレコの広告シリーズ「NO MUSIC, NO LIFE？」（左写真）では、チバユウスケさんや故・忌野清志郎さんらミュージシャンと並び、ボクシングリングの中央に立つテラヤマの姿と、彼が作詞した「あしたのジョー」の歌詞「あしたは きっとなにかある あしたは どっちだ」が引用され、見る者に強烈なインパクトを与える。こうして時代が変わっても色あせず、今もなお、若者たちから大人まで熱い支持を受けるテラヤマの魅力は一体どこにあるのだろうか。 今回の「シブヤ×ブックス」では、5月初旬に「寺山修司フェア」開催を企画するMARUZEN&ジュンク堂書店渋谷店の書店員で、大の寺山ファンを自負する伊藤傑さんに、今までにテラヤマに触れたことのない人でも、その魅力が十分に伝わる入門編にピッタリな3冊をご紹介してもらった。 ＞"~ Take me to 涯 of lemmings - the world" (Parco Theater / performances: April 21, 2013 to May 16, 2008)>"Shuji Terayama and Tenjo Sajiki ◎ all Poster Exhibition" (Poster Harris Gallery / held: April 10, 2013 to May 19, 2009)>「寺山修司没後30周年ブックフェア」（MARUZEN&ジュンク堂書店 渋谷店/開催：2013年5月3日〜5月31日）> Shuji Terayama Exhibition "knock" (Watari Museum of Contemporary Art / held: July 6 to October 27, 2013)
